Combine the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese in a bowl that can safely go into the microwave. Heat for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted.


Press the chilled dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet into the shape of a flatbread. Top with mozzarella cheese and onions.


Preheat oven to 350 degrees and Bake for 15 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Serve immediately.
