Keto Hot Fudge

If you miss that decadent hot fudge sundae, make your own ice cream and add in this Keto Hot Fudge! Extremely easy and quick to make, you’ll be surprised it’s such a healthy choice!

Heavy cream, butter, and keto-friendly chocolate chips come together to make this perfectly rich dessert sauce.

INGREDIENTS

– Granulated Swerve – Dark Chocolate Chips – Heavy Cream – Sea Salt – Unsalted Butter

In a saucepan on the stove, place your butter, half of your chocolate, heavy cream, and both sugars.

Stirring constantly, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and allow to lightly bubble for around 5-7 minutes.

Remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients to the pan. Stir well.

Store in an airtight container (a glass container works best) in the fridge.

Storage - Store in a mason jar with the lid tightly secure for up to a month. I do not suggest leaving this hot fudge recipe out or freezing it.
