Keto philly cheesesteak recipe

A delicious twist on the classic Keto steak recipes!

Ingredients: – 2 Medium tomatoes – 4 Slices of frozen Philly cheesesteak meat (I prefer ribeye steak or sirloin steak) – ½ Tbsp. Olive oil – ¼ Large onion, thinly sliced (a mix of yellow onion is great too!) – ½ Medium Bell pepper sliced – 1 C. Shredded lettuce – ¼ C. Mozzarella cheese – Salt and black pepper to taste

Cook the veggies then make some space for the cheesesteak meat. You'll want to sauté this until  keto steak is cooked to perfection.

The tomatoes are your 'buns' in this scenario. Cut them into wedges without completely severing them. Then stuff them with your ingredients.

Layer some lettuce, followed by the meat mixture, and finally, the mozzarella cheese. Voila! Your keto-friendly philly cheesesteak delight is ready!
