Ingredients:
– 2 Medium tomatoes
– 4 Slices of frozen Philly cheesesteak meat (I prefer ribeye steak or sirloin steak)
– ½ Tbsp. Olive oil
– ¼ Large onion, thinly sliced (a mix of yellow onion is great too!)
– ½ Medium Bell pepper sliced
– 1 C. Shredded lettuce
– ¼ C. Mozzarella cheese
– Salt and black pepper to taste
