INGREDIENTS

– Cream Cheese – Ripe Banana – Almond Flour – Keto-Friendly Granulated Sugar – Vanilla Extract

In a medium bowl, mash together the banana and cream cheese until smooth.

Add the vanilla and mix well.

Add in the sugar and mix well again.

Finally, add the almond flour and mix one more time.

Use other fruits - If preferred, you can use other fruits in place of bananas. Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc. would be great choices. Just be sure to mash them up really well.
