Keto Cinnamon Muffin Bites

INGREDIENTS

– Almond flour – Swerve brown sugar substitute – Large eggs – Melted butter – Xanthan gum – Cinnamon – Vanilla – Baking powder – Swerve brown sugar substitute – Cinnamon

Add the almond flour, Swerve, butter, eggs, xanthan gum, cinnamon, vanilla and baking powder to a mixing bowl, and blend until well combined and smooth.

Spoon the mixture into the sections of a well greased mini muffin pan. I recommend a silicone muffin tin.

In a bowl, stir together the topping ingredients.  Sprinkle the topping over the bites.

Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Enjoy immediately or serve later.
