It's a simple, keto curry recipe that satisfies those curry cravings without kicking you out of ketosis.

INGREDIENTS

– Chicken thighs – Olive oil – Curry powder – Paprika – Ground ginger – Cinnamon

In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, curry powder, paprika, ground ginger, cinnamon, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt (if using).

Add the boneless, skinless chicken thighs to the bowl with the spice mixture.

Grab a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Add the baking sheet into the preheated oven. Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until it's cooked through.

Feel free to use chicken breasts instead of thighs, but keep in mind you'll need to adjust the cooking time since breasts cook faster.
