This Keto Quiche is the perfect keto breakfast ideas or brunch, lunch, or even dinner! Easy to toss together and tasty to boot, it will be hard to tell it’s good for you!

Eggs, red onion, spinach, and richly flavored ham come together to make one delicious and simple recipe.

INGREDIENTS

– Eggs – Heavy Cream – Fresh Spinach – Red Onion – Canadian Bacon

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease an 8-inch pie dish. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Sprinkle about ⅔ of the Canadian bacon, onion, and spinach in the bottom of the pie dish then pour the egg mixture over the top.

Add the rest of the bacon, spinach, and onion on the top of the quiche and bake for 25 minutes or until egg isn’t jiggly in the middle.

Allow to cool for five minutes before serving.

Reheating - To reheat this quiche recipe, simply pop it in the microwave. If it seems like it could be dry, reheat it with a damp paper towel over the top of it.
