Easy Keto Crab Rangoon Recipe

Each bite is a blend of savory crab meat and creamy textures, taking my taste buds on a delightful journey.

These bites are not only a hit in my keto journey but have also become a favorite among my non-keto family and friends. They're now a staple in my household for gatherings. 


For the dough: – Baking powder – Almond flour – Garlic powder – Xanthan gum – Mozzarella cheese (shredded) – Soy sauce – Large egg – Cream cheese (softened) For the filling: – Crab meat – Cream cheese (softened) – Finely chopped green onions – Swerve confectioners sugar substitute – Worcestershire sauce – Minced garlic

Combine the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese in a bowl that can safely go into the microwave. Heat for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted.


Combine all filling ingredients for the crab filling in a mixing bowl, ensuring a consistent mixture.


With slightly wet hands, form the dough into 8 even-sized balls. Flatten these balls into circles.


Place a portion of filling at the center of each piece of dough. Fold the dough over the filling, sealing with water if necessary.


Arrange these bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
