Keto Green Bean Casserole

This Keto Green Bean Casserole recipe includes hearty green beans, smothered in a delicious keto cream of mushroom soup.

It’s then topped off with homemade, crispy onions for the perfect Thanksgiving dish.

INGREDIENTS

– Green Beans – Cream of Mushroom Soup – Red Onion – Oil

Thinly slice the onion and fry in the oil once heated until nice and crispy or to your liking.

Combine the green beans and cream of mushroom soup in a bowl and toss to coat thoroughly.

Pour into a casserole dish and spread even.

Top with the fried onions and bake for about 15 minutes or heated through.

Use breaded onions - If you prefer, you can beat one egg and dip the onions in it, then dip them in some coconut or almond flour before frying them.
