INGREDIENTS

– Sliced mushrooms – Olive oil – Red wine vinegar – Minced garlic – Oregano – Rosemary – Thyme – Swerve brown sugar substitute – Salt – Pepper

Place the mushrooms into a pot with the water just covering them. Boil for 8-10 minutes until just beginning to soften. Drain and dry well.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, rosemary, thyme, Swerve and salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the mixture into a Ziploc bag with the mushrooms.
