Keto Slow Cooker Brie Meatballs

These keto crockpot brie meatballs were a hit at my dinner table - the perfect fusion of flavors with a delightful creamy center. A must-try!

The blend of succulent ground beef enveloping rich cubes of Brie cheese, accompanied by the aromatic medley of garlic and onion powder, elevates the keto meatballs recipe to a gourmet level.


– Brie cheese – Ground beef – Garlic powder – Onion powder – Italian seasoning – Salt – Pepper – Large eggs – Pork rind crumbs – Parmesan cheese – Low carb marinara sauce

Place the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, eggs, pork rind crumbs, parmesan and salt and pepper to taste into a large mixing bowl.


Form the meat mixture into evenly sized meatballs. Press each meatball flat in your hand, and put a cube of brie cheese in the center.


Layer half of the sauce in the Crockpot. Put the meatballs on top of the sauce. Cover the meatballs in the remaining sauce.


Cook Slow Cooker Brie Meatballs on high for 2 ½ hours.
