Best Keto Mediterranean Quesadilla

Absolutely loved the Keto Mediterranean Quesadilla! A perfect blend of rich Mediterranean flavors with keto-conscious ingredients. It's my new go-to dish. Delightfully delicious!

It’s packed with so much flavor and offers a mouthwatering blend of feta cheese, chicken, and fresh vegetables. The best part? It’s super quick to whip up!

INGREDIENTS

– Keto tortillas – Roma tomato – Shredded chicken – Shredded mozzarella cheese – Crumbled feta – Fresh spinach – Minced garlic – Oregano – Olive oil

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shredded chicken, garlic, and oregano; sauté for 1 minute. In another skillet, heat the remaining olive oil.

Place two tortillas in the skillet. Top with mozzarella cheese and chicken mixture.

Top with spinach, feta, tomato, and remaining mozzarella.

Place another tortilla on top. Sauté each side for 4-5 minutes until browned and crispy.
