Keto Pepperoni Pizza Quesadillas

This easy keto quesadilla recipe that brings both flavor and that comforting feel of a traditional quesadilla without the extra carbs.


– Keto tortillas – Olive oil – Green bell peppers, thinly sliced – Red onion, thinly sliced – Keto marinara sauce – Pepperoni slices – Shredded mozzarella cheese

Heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add in the onions and peppers, and saute until softened.


Place a tortilla flat, and cut from the center to the right edge. Apply marinara on the bottom right, cheese on the bottom left, onions and peppers on the top left, and top the last quarter with cheese and pepperoni.


Fold the tortilla beginning with the bottom right section over onto the bottom left. Then, fold the tortilla from the bottom left up to the top left section. Finish by folding the tortilla over the cheese and pepperoni section.


Heat the remaining oil in a skillet over medium heat. Toast the low carb quesadillas evenly on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
