Cheesy Cauliflower Bake

Cheesy Cauliflower Bake is the ultimate keto-friendly side dish, bringing creamy indulgence to your Thanksgiving table!

Ingredients:  – Cauliflower, cored and cut into florets – Butter – Garlic, minced – Black OR white pepper – Sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded – Parmesan cheese, shredded – Salt – Heavy cream

step one: Fill a stock pot with water and 1 teaspoon salt. Set over high heat and bring water to a boil. Add cauliflower to pot and return to boil Cook for 8 minutes or until tender. Drain well.

step two: Spray a 13x9 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray or coat with additional butter. Add the cauliflower to the casserole dish. Dot the top of the cauliflower with butter.

step three: Top with parmesan cheese and white cheddar, then pour heavy cream over the cheeses.

Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Note: – Type of Cheese: If sharp cheddar isn’t your thing, feel free to swap it out. A creamy cheese sauce made with a blend of cheeses can bring a different dimension to the dish. Experiment with gouda or even pepper jack for a spicy kick.
