When people first started replacing their carbs with Cauliflower recipes, I was highly skeptical. I did not like cauliflower and did not think that it would be an acceptable replacement.

There are great cauliflower cheese bake recipes but I have found this one to be my favorite for the holidays because it is so flavorful. I hope you like our cheesy cauliflower bake.

Cheesy Cauliflower Bake

Cauliflower Bake Ingredients

  • 2 heads cauliflower, cored and cut into florets
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon black OR white pepper
  • 2 cups shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Keto Cheesy Cauliflower Bake Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Fill a stock pot with water and 1 teaspoon salt. Set over high heat and bring water to a boil. Add cauliflower to pot and return to boil Cook for 8 minutes or until tender. Drain well.

Spray a 13x9 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray or coat with additional butter. Add the cauliflower to the casserole dish.

Dot the top of the cauliflower with butter. Sprinkle with minced garlic and pepper.

Top with parmesan cheese and white cheddar.

Pour heavy cream over the cheeses.

Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Cheesy Cauliflower Bake

This Cheesy Cauliflower bake is the perfect low carb holiday side dish recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 heads cauliflower, cored and cut into florets
