Bacon and Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms

– Baby Bella Mushrooms – Cheddar Cheese – Cream Cheese – Bacon – Green Onions

Wash the mushrooms and remove their stems.

In a bowl, mix together the cheese, cream cheese, and bacon.

Spoon the cheese mixture into the cavities on the bottom of each mushroom where the stem used to reside.

Place in the air fryer in one layer at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes.

Shredded cheddar substitute – If you don’t prefer cheddar as the cheese, you can choose the cheese that suits you. Gouda, mozzarella, parmesan, etc.
