Cheese and Pepperoni Roll-Ups

Delicious mozzarella cheese, melted to perfection, and wrapped with slices of zesty pepperoni. Great for an appetizer, after school snack, or even lunch!

INGREDIENTS

– Shredded Mozzarella Cheese – Pepperoni – Italian Seasoning – Cooking Spray

Line a baking sheet with wax paper and spray with cooking spray.

Take a ¼ of the cheese and shape it into a square that’s about 2x2 inches.

Sprinkle each square with some Italian seasoning then place three pepperoni slices on each square, in the middle.

Place in the oven for about 3-5 minutes or until melted and starting to bubble.
