Nothing screams snack time quite like a pizza rollup. With just four ingredients, my low carb Pizza Roll Ups could not be easier to bake! These are healthy, quick, and really do the trick for a good, healthy snack.
They have everything you need to enjoy pizza without adding all of those carbs. Plus, if you are feeling creative, you can really take time and customize these to your liking!

These Italian roll ups really satisfy that savory craving we all get without adding the unnecessary grogginess that comes from a carb overload. You’ll definitely want to give this amazing snack a try and share while you’re at it!
How to Make Keto Pizza Roll Ups
- Prep - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line your baking sheet with wax paper and some non stick spray.
- Prepare the cheese - Make squares out of your cheese on the baking sheet. You should have 4 squares total.
- Top the cheese - Sprinkle some italian seasoning on the cheese, then place three pepperoni slices on the top.
- Bake and serve - Place the roll ups in the oven to bake at 350 degrees for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese starts to bubble. Remove them from the oven and let them cool for about five minutes, then roll them up. Serve with your favorite keto sauce and indulge!
Tips and Variations
- Storage - Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Do not freeze. These taste best if eaten the same day they’re made.
- Reheating - You can heat these in the microwave, but you’ll need to let them sit afterwards as they might melt a bit being mostly cheese. If you let them sit, they will firm back up.
- Use a dipping sauce - If you would like something to dip your keto pizza roll ups in, try a keto-friendly marinara sauce or this Keto Ranch Dressing!
- Use other cheese - If you want to give other cheese flavors a try, go right ahead! The only thing you’ll want to make sure of is that the cheese comes in shredded form. You can’t use softer cheeses like goat cheese or feta, as these won’t melt and roll up like mozzarella does.
- Make a Mexican roll up - Instead of using pepperoni and Italian seasoning, switch it up and go Mexican. Put a little taco meat in the cheese roll instead.
- Make a gyro roll up - Again, nix the pepperoni and Italian seasoning and use gyro meat and even the yogurt sauce for a Greek roll up instead!

Pizza rolls that you buy from the store are not healthy. They are full of preservatives and other additives that you can’t even pronounce the name of ( I can’t, at least).
My Pizza Roll Ups are very healthy. They contain natural ingredients, and are freshly made. They also don’t come deep fried or contain an outer layer of breading, which adds a ton of undesired carbs. Everyone will enjoy these roll ups for any part of the day.
Can you Fry Keto Pizza Roll Ups?
Store-bought pizza rolls can be fried. These, however cannot be fried due to the nature of the cooking process and the ingredients.
They are made to be oven baked, which is so much more healthy for you anyways. The mess these would leave in a deep fryer is a thing of nightmares.

Remove and let cool on the stove for about 5 minutes before making each into a roll.
