Cheesy Cauliflower Sausage Side Dish

This Cheesy Cauliflower Sausage is a super easy dinner that takes little effort and very few ingredients.

Keto-friendly and a healthier option in general, you’ll be surprised at the amazing flavor in every bite.

INGREDIENTS

– Cauliflower – Kielbasa Sausage – Heavy Cream – Cheddar Cheese – Minced Garlic – Cajun Seasoning

Slice the cauliflower into small florets and place in boiling water until cauliflower is fork tender. Drain and set aside.

In a saucepan, combine the garlic, heavy cream, and cajun seasoning. Bring to a light simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Slice sausage and add to saucepan. Turn the heat to low and allow the sausage to simmer in the liquid for about 5 minutes.

Add the cheddar cheese to the saucepan and stir until melted. Add the cauliflower to the saucepan and stir well.

Garnish ideas - Keto-friendly bread crumbs, freshly chopped herbs, hot sauce, chives, diced onion, chopped celery, etc. would all be great toppers for this cauliflower mac and cheese.
