1. Blend peanut butter, Swerve, vanilla, butter, and salt in a bowl until smooth.
2. With wet hands, roll into 12 balls and place on parchment paper.
3. Chill balls for 1-2 hours until firm.
4. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
5. Dip balls in chocolate, return to parchment paper.
6. Chill until chocolate sets before serving.
