Easy Keto Tuna Broccoli Casserole

INGREDIENTS

– Canned tuna, drained – Steamed broccoli, chopped – Butter – Onion, chopped – Minced garlic – Heavy whipping cream – Parmesan cheese, grated – Salt and pepper – Pork rind crumbs, crushed

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat.  Add the onions to the pot, and saute until softened.  Mix in the garlic, and saute for 30 seconds.

Pour in the heavy whipping cream, and simmer until thickened.  Stir in ½ of the Parmesan cheese until well blended.

Combine the tuna and broccoli in a mixing bowl, and pour the sauce mixture over the top. Stir to combine well.

Spread the mixture into a 9x9 baking dish.  Mix together the pork rind crumbs and remaining parmesan in a bowl.  Sprinkle the mixture over the casserole.
