Best Keto Almond Joy Cookies

These Keto Almond Joy Cookies were a hit in my household. The perfect blend of almond, coconut, and chocolate made each bite heavenly keto cookie recipes.


– Almond flour – Unsweetened coconut flakes – Large eggs – Baking powder – Swerve confectioners sugar substitute – Butter, softened – Almond extract – Chopped almonds + whole almonds for garnish if desired – Keto chocolate chips – Salt

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a large mixing bowl, add the almond flour, Swerve, baking powder, eggs, butter, salt, and almond extract. Blend until well combined.

3. Fold in the coconut flakes, chopped almonds, and chocolate chips. 4. Form the mixture into 15 evenly sized cookies and place them on the prepared baking sheet. 5. Top each cookie with a whole almond, if desired.

Bake to Perfection: Bake for 10-12 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown and cooked through.
