INGREDIENTS

– Lean ground beef – Bacon – Monterey jack cheese – Worcestershire sauce – Garlic powder

In a large bowl, combine the lean ground beef, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper.

Mold the beef mixture into 8 uniform patties.

Gently place a cube of Monterey jack cheese at the heart of each patty. Then, mold the meat around the cheese so it sits right in the burger's core.
