Keto Chicken Parmesan Bites

If there's one dish that brings back memories of family dinners at our favorite Italian restaurant, it's a low carb chicken parmesan recipe.

INGREDIENTS

– Boneless skinless chicken breasts – Olive oil – Pork rind crumbs – Almond flour – Parmesan cheese – Keto marinara sauce – Shredded mozzarella cheese – Salt and pepper – Fresh basil leaves

Add the pork rind crumbs, almond flour, and parmesan cheese to a large Ziploc bag.

Toss chicken then Lay the coated chicken pieces onto a foil-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove the chicken, spread with the marinara sauce, cheese and Basil.

Bake for an added 5 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
