For the Dough: – Almond flour – Cream cheese – Xanthan gum – Large egg – Mozzarella cheese (shredded) – Vanilla – Baking powder – Swerve confectioners sugar substitute For the Filling: – Swerve brown sugar substitute – Cream cheese (softened) – Vanilla – Cinnamon For the Topping: – Melted butter – Swerve granular – Cinnamon

Heat the cream cheese and mozzarella cheeses in a bowl until completely melted and blended. Add the cheese to a mixing bowl with the remaining dough ingredients. Knead to combine completely.


Form the dough into 10 evenly sized balls. Flatten the ball out into a circle on a piece of parchment paper.
