Guilt-Free Keto Lasagna Skillet

This keto lasagna recipe has become a cherished favorite in our home, proving that you don't have to sacrifice flavor when enjoying low-carb dishes. 

The layers of hearty Italian sausage mingled perfectly with the rich, low-carb marinara sauce, creating a flavor symphony in each bite. 

INGREDIENTS

– All-natural ground Italian sausage – Minced garlic – Onion, chopped – Fresh basil, chopped – Italian seasoning – Miracle or palmini noodles – Ricotta cheese – Low-carb marinara sauce – Grated parmesan cheese – Shredded mozzarella cheese

Add the Italian sausage to a large skillet over medium high heat. When the sausage is almost cooked through, add in the onions, and continue to saute until softened. Drain any excess grease.

Reduce the heat to medium, and stir in the garlic. Saute another 30 seconds.

Mix in the marinara, noodles, Italian seasoning and parmesan. Stir to combine. Add in the ricotta.

Add in the ricotta.Top with the mozzarella and allow it to melt before serving, or broil instead to melt the cheese if desired.
