Keto Parmesan Chicken

– Chicken breasts – Parmesan cheese – Pork rinds – Garlic powder – Marinara sauce

Add pork rinds, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to a food processor.


Take a chicken breast, dip it into the egg wash and then dip into the crushed pork rind mixture.


Add to the basket of an Air Fryer and repeat with two more chicken breasts. Spray the tops of chicken with cooking spray.
