Keto Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

The perfect fusion of rich peanut butter and sugar-free Reese's creates a melt-in-your-mouth experience. They're every keto dessert lover's dream!

I was genuinely surprised at how satisfying and delicious they are, especially being low-carb. These are now a staple in my household. Can't recommend them enough!

INGREDIENTS

– Almond flour – Baking powder – Swerve confectioners sugar substitute – Large egg – Vanilla extract – Melted butter – Sugar free Reese’s mini peanut butter cups

Add the almond flour, baking powder, Swerve, egg, vanilla and butter to a mixing bowl, and blend until well combined.

Press a bit of the batter into each section of a well greased mini muffin tin. Press the batter up the sides of each section, to form a little cup.

Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned and cooked through.

Unwrap the candies, and place one into the center of each cookie cup. Let the cookies cool to room temperature before serving.
