– Natural creamy peanut butter – Salt – Swerve confectioners sugar substitute – Vanilla extract – Butter – Keto chocolate chips – Coconut oil

Blend the peanut butter, Swerve, vanilla, butter, and salt in a bowl until smooth and fluffy.


With slightly wet hands, roll the peanut butter mixture into 12 evenly sized balls.


Melt the keto chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments.


Dip the hardened peanut butter balls into the melted chocolate and place back on the parchment paper.


Chill until the chocolate sets, then indulge!
