Keto Shrimp and Broccoli Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS

– Butter – Olive oil – Shrimp, peeled and deveined – Broccoli florets – Minced garlic – Parmesan cheese, grated – Salt – Pepper

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper to taste. Saute until cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Stir in the broccoli, cover and saute until the broccoli softens.

Return the shrimp to the skillet and stir in the garlic. Saute for 1 minute.

Sprinkle in the parmesan cheese and serve Shrimp and Broccoli Stir-Fry immediately!
