The Best Cheesy Cauliflower Casserole Low Carb Loaded Recipe

Today, I’m sharing my favorite cheesy cauliflower casserole recipe – the ultimate low-carb comfort food.

INGREDIENTS

– Cauliflower – Butter – Garlic – Black or white pepper – White cheddar cheese – Parmesan cheese

Fill a stock pot with water and 1 teaspoon salt. Set over high heat and bring water to a boil. Add cauliflower to pot and return to boil Cook for 8 minutes or until tender.

Spray a 13x9 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray or coat with additional butter. Add the cauliflower to the casserole dish.

Dot the top of the cauliflower with butter. Sprinkle with minced garlic and pepper.

Top with parmesan cheese and white cheddar.

Make It a Main Dish: Enhance this side dish by adding rotisserie chicken or steam some cauliflower rice to mix in.
