Italian Keto Ground Beef Skillet

– Olive Oil – Ground Beef – Marinara – Riced Cauliflower – Italian Seasoning

Heat a cast iron skillet (or any other type of skillet) on medium high heat until the skillet is hot.


While the skillet is getting hot, microwave the frozen riced cauliflower per the directions on the bag, and once finished, set aside.


In the hot skillet, add olive oil and ground beef. Mix thoroughly.


Add the chopped onion to the ground beef and cook until the beef is brown. Stir frequently.
