This Italian Keto Ground Beef Skillet recipe is a delicious low carb recipe that is packed full of flavor.

This recipe is keto and low carb friendly, is easy to make, using only one skillet to get the job done! The skillet helps you to get amazing bold, delicious flavors. A one pot recipe is perfect because it makes cleaning easy! It’s the perfect low carb meal.

Italian Keto Ground Beef Skillet

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil 1 tbsp
  • Ground Beef 1 lb.
  • Marinara –Rao’s Low Carb 3 cups
  • Riced Cauliflower 1 Bag frozen 10 oz
  • Beef Broth ½ cup
  • Red Onion ½ chopped medium size
  • Garlic Powder 1 tsp
  • Italian Seasoning 1 tbsp
  • Pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp to taste

Directions

  1. Heat a cast iron skillet (or any other type of skillet) on medium high heat until the skillet is hot. While the skillet is getting hot, microwave the frozen riced cauliflower per the directions on the bag, and once finished, set aside.
  2. In the hot skillet, add olive oil and ground beef. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Add the chopped onion to the ground beef and cook until the beef is brown. Stir frequently.
  4. Remove the browned beef and onion from heat, and drain the grease.
  5. Return the drained beef and onion to the stove and resume heat at medium high.
  6. Now add the cauliflower, marinara, beef broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, pepper and salt to the ground beef and onion and stir well.
  7. Stirring frequently, bring the skillet to a boil and then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
  8. Top everything with mozzarella and cover the skillet until the cheese is melted.
  9. FINALE: Garnish with chopped green onion!
  10. Serve and ENJOY!

Easy Ground Beef Skillet Recipe
