Funfetti Cake Batter Granola Bars

Cake-flavored granola bars that are keto-friendly? These nut-based bars are made with ketogenic protein powder with birthday cake flavor and other keto-approved ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

– Coconut oil – Sugar-free syrup – Peanut butter – Keto Collagen – Egg – Unsweetened coconut flakes

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine the coconut oil and sugar-free syrup in a mixing bowl.

Add the protein powder and stir until fluffy.

Melt peanut butter in a microwave until smooth.

Add the egg, making sure the peanut butter is not too hot, and fold in the coconut flakes and chopped almonds and walnuts.

Feel free to use any other nuts of your liking in place of sliced almonds and chopped walnuts. Great options include slivered almonds, pecans, hazelnuts, and pistachios.
