Keto Breakfast Burrito: Low-carb Air Fryer Recipe

These Keto Air Fryer Breakfast Burritos are a game-changer. The combination of eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheese wrapped in a low-carb tortilla is heavenly.

A keto-friendly breakfast like the burrito I have in store for you is not just tantalizing to the taste buds but also fuels your body with the right nutrients to kick-start your metabolism and keep you energized through the day.


– Keto tortillas – Eggs – Olive oil – Red bell pepper – Red onion – Green onions – Sausage patties – Bacon – Shredded cheddar cheese – Cooking spray

Scramble the eggs and set them aside. Add the oil to a skillet over medium heat. Stir in the onions and peppers, and saute until softened.


Lay the low carb tortillas on a flat surface. Top the tortillas with the cheese, eggs, vegetables, breakfast sausage, bacon and green onions.


Roll one end of the tortillas up and over the filling, and fold the sides in before continuing to roll the tortilla closed into a burrito shape.


Place the low carb burritos into the air fryer basket, and spray with the cooking spray. Cook egg burrito at 400 degrees for 8 minutes, or until browned and crispy.
