Keto Peanut Butter Cups

Rich, dark chocolate envelops decadent, organic peanut butter for the ultimate keto treat. These little cups are easy and very addicting.

INGREDIENTS

– Dark Chocolate Chips – Natural Creamy Peanut Butter – Keto Powdered Sugar – Coconut Oil

In a bowl, mix the powdered sugar and peanut butter thoroughly, set aside.

In another bowl, dump the chocolate chips and melt in microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until chocolate is smooth.

Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the melted chocolate in the bottom of each liner.

Put about one tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate.

I use Gentle Sweet for my keto powdered sugar. However, you can use any brand that you prefer.
