Strawberry Low Carb Dessert Recipe: Keto Fat Bomb

Today I am thrilled to share with you a delightful strawberry low carb dessert that I stumbled upon and perfected over time. 

This recipe hits all the right notes of indulgence while still keeping it keto-friendly.

INGREDIENTS

– Cream Cheese  – Butter – Vanilla – Swerve Sugar – Coconut Oil – Strawberries

Start by beating your cream cheese with a mixer until fluffy.

Add in butter, vanilla, swerve, strawberries and coconut oil.

Mix until well blended.

Press mixture firmly into candy molds.

It is important to note that these strawberry fat bombs will melt at room temperature. Make sure and store in the freezer when you aren't going to be eating them.
