Strawberry Fat BombsI love a fresh Strawberry.  When I was a girl, my grandparents had strawberry plants and I remember spending hours in their back yard eating strawberries.

It is important for me, with the Keto Diet, that I am able to enjoy as many of my favorite treats as I can while still staying in Ketosis.  I understand fully, that there are some things that I have to give up, which is why I love these Strawberry fat bombs.  They taste great but kick my sweet tooth.  

When you are craving sugar, there are so many great Keto Dessert choices but fat bombs are often my go to because the receives are usually a lot faster to make.  If you love strawberries, you will love this Strawberry Fat Bomb.

Strawberry Fat Bombs with Chocolate Drizzle

Ingredients

Fat Bomb Step by Step Directions:

  1. Start by beating your cream cheese with a mixer until fluffy.keto strawberry fat bomb
  2. Add in butter, vanilla, swerve, strawberries and coconut oil.keto strawberry fat bombs
  3. Mix until well blended.
  4. Press mixture firmly into candy molds.
  5. Freeze Keto Fat bombs for one hour.chocolate strawberry fat Bomb
  6. Pop fat bombs out of molds.
  7. Melt chocolate down and drizzle over fat bombs.
  8. Freeze again for 10 minutes.
  9. Serve and enjoy!

Note:  It is important to note that these strawberry fat bombs will melt at room temperature.  Make sure and store in the freezer when you aren’t going to be eating them.

  6. Pop out of molds. 
  7. Melt chocolate down and drizzle over fat bombs.
  8. Freeze again for 10 minutes. 
  9. Serve and enjoy!

*Melts at room temperature.
