Keto Fat Bombs are nice because they help you stay on your diet and get the perfect bite sized snack that tastes great and is easy to make.

I love fat bombs because they are easy to keep on hand so you have them whenever you need them.

I recommend making these Keto Cookie Dough bites and storing them in your freezer. Pull 2 out each day so you can have them on hand when you need a Keto snack. Keto chocolate chip fat bombsIngredients

  • 1 cup almond flour 
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tsp stevia extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 50 g sugar-free chocolate chips
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup sugar-free syrup

Keto Cookie doughInstructions:

  1. In a medium bowl add all the dry ingredients (almond flour, coconut flour, stevia, salt and, chocolate chips) whisk.
  2. Next, add the remaining ingredients and stir with a rubber spatula until all the ingredients are well combined.
  3. Wet your hand with water or oil, make 24 balls of about 2 inches of diameter each.
  4. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
