This edible Keto Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Recipe is the perfect fat bomb for the Keto Diet. 

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 C. cream or Half & Half
  • 1/4 C. Erythritol sweetener (or low carb sweetener of choice)
  • 3/4 C. coconut flour
  • 1/2 C. butter (melted)
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 C. sugar free chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Combine the cream, sweetener, melted butter and vanilla extract mixing well.
  2. Slowly fold in the coconut flour and pinch of salt and then stir in the chocolate chips.

*Makes 1-2 servings
