- 1/4 C. Erythritol sweetener (or low carb sweetener of choice)
- 3/4 C. coconut flour
- 1/2 C. butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 C. sugar free chocolate chips
How to make Low Carb Cookie Dough
- Combine the cream, sweetener, melted butter and vanilla extract mixing well.
- Slowly fold in the coconut flour and pinch of salt and then stir in the chocolate chips.
