Keto Peanut Butter Cookie recipe or low carb peanut butter cookies are the perfect treat for anyone craving a cookie.

Out of all of my cravings, I think I cravings cookies the most.  I love cookies.  Especially warm out of the oven cookies. 

I remember being young and going on vacation and we would end most evenings with a cookie. 

When starting the Keto diet, I was afraid that I would feel deprived of my favorite treats. 

Luckily Pinterest is about the best thing ever and I can really find a Keto recipe for everything that I love most. 

Is Peanut Butter Keto Friendly?

Peanut Butter is mostly fats and low carb so it is Keto friendly in moderation. Make sure and check to make sure it is natural peanut butter.

This flourless peanut butter cookies is a perfect treat for anyone on the Keto Diet who misses their cookies but still wants a treat.

Keto Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of sugar-free peanut butter
  • 1 cup of cream cheese (room temp)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 4 Tbsp of liquid Stevia

Low Carb Peanut Butter Cookies
How to make Keto Peanut Butter Cookies

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients until incorporated well.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Then roll and place 1 inch cookie balls on the parchment paper.
4. Using a fork, flatten the cookie balls with the classic peanut butter cookie crisscross design.
5. Bake for 10 minutes, or until outside is golden brown.
6. Let cool and enjoy!

Tip #1: The cookie dough will be somewhat sticky. To avoid having the dough stick to your hands, use a little coconut oil on your hands while forming the cookie balls.
Tip #2: The cookies will not expand when cooked, so there’s no need to leave a ton of space between the cookies.
