If you are celebrating the holidays at your home and are wanting a Cream Cheese appetizer or if you are bringing a low carb appetizer to a holiday party everyone will love this Keto Pomegranate Cream Cheese Appetizer.

Non Keto guests can eat their Cream Cheese Appetizer with crackers, where those on the Keto Diet can eat it with Keto Crackers or Cheese Crisps.

Enjoy this appetizer with a glass of Keto eggnog.

One of the reasons that I love a Keto Cream Cheese appetizer is because they are SO easy to make. If you have the ingredients on hand you can make Keto Cream Cheese dip in minutes.

I would recommend bringing all of the ingredients in Tupperware and assembling at your holiday party.

Pomegranate seeds are Keto Friendly foods that should be used in moderation. They work like a pop of flavor garnish in this recipe.

Keto Cream Cheese Appetizer with Pomegranate

Ingredients:
Serves 4-6
● 1 Block Cream Cheese (8 oz.)
● ¼ Cup Pomegranate Seeds
● ¼ Cup Chopped Walnuts
● ¼ Cup Sugar Free Honey
● 3 Tablespoons Fresh Rosemary Sprigs

Directions:

Pull the block of cream cheese out of the fridge and allow it to sit out for around 15 minutes to soften.

Unwrap the cream cheese carefully, and place it in the middle of your serving dish.

Sprinkle the cream cheese with the walnuts first, lightly pressing them down into the cheese.

After you finish with the walnuts, sprinkle your pomegranate seeds, and rosemary sprigs over the top.

If starting with a fresh pomegranate, simply chop it in half and lightly run your finger over the seeds to pop them out.

Finish by drizzling the sugar free honey over the top of everything.

Note:
● Store in the fridge covered if the appetizer needs to be stored.
● You can swap out the walnuts for the nut of your choice. Toasted pecans would be a great alternative.
